1.5 mg once daily for days 1 to 30, then increase every 30 days as tolerated: 4 mg, then 9 mg, then the 25 mg maintenance dosage from day 91. Take on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating, drinking or taking other oral medicines.
